CASE 07
Angel Veneer
BEFORE
AFTER
- Treatment Details
- For the 6 upper front teeth, carried out treatment that shaves the surface of the teeth very thinly (about 0.3mm to 0.5mm) and bonds on a thin ceramic shell (laminate veneer), like a false nail. Bonded on ceramic designed while checking the tooth shape and shade on a model, carrying out treatment that adjusts the look of the front teeth.
- Treatment Period / Sessions
- About 1 to 1.5 months Number of visits: 3 to 4 (counselling; preparation and impression; try-in and fitting)
- Cost
- ¥113,300 (tax included) and up per tooth (*for reference: follows the e-max ceramic menu). *As this case involved treating 6 upper front teeth, the total comes to about ¥679,800 (tax included) and up.
- Risks & Side Effects
- The surface of healthy teeth needs to be shaved down by a layer. Because an extremely thin ceramic is used, if you bite down hard on something hard with your front teeth, or have a habit of grinding your teeth, it may chip or come off. Temporary sensitivity (a stinging feeling) may occur right after treatment.
